Job Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with Product Owners to lead and manage infrastructure projects from inception to placement into production and DevOps
  • Plan, lead, organize, and motivate product teams
  • Help organize, facilitate and/or improve regular scrum ceremonies
  • Assist Product Owners in receipt, catalog and prioritization of ingest of work into Jira epics and stories in preparation for backlog grooming and sprint planning
  • Assist Product Owners and Scrum Masters with backlog grooming and sprint planning
  • Work as a liaison between scrum teams to identify and resolve dependencies
  • Create, maintain, and report on product metrics, KPIs, and project or scrum management execution
  • Interface and facilitate coordination cross-team and cross-domain/business for project issues and dependencies
  • Assist Product Owners in organizing and facilitating processes such as RFI, RFP, and RFQ activities with project participants and cross-functional teams
  • Work with Product Owners to create/update project pipeline, dashboards, and roadmaps
  • Coach members of the engineering team on time and planning optimization
  • Represent the team in external management tracking as needed
  • Provide continuous and consistent project status for global and regional team activities
  • Ability to represent the team in project scoping, staffing, and scheduling negotiations
  • Raise awareness with management and provide solutions for potential shortages and mitigations in all program resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, a related field or relatable years of experience
  • 8+ year of relatable experience in program management
  • Agile certification and 3+ years of experience managing Agile and Hybrid Teams
  • Experience with infrastructure technology concepts such as cloud, orchestration, deployment, and shared services.
  • Hands-on Agile experience with Atlassian products
  • Experience guiding teams through conflicts to achieve consensus on technical project implementations
  • Experience with program, portfolio management
  • Experience in helping to manage and maintain resource, contract, or software budgets
  • Familiarity with traditional program management methodologies

For Colorado-based jobs only: The minimum for this position is $163,400 annually; however, base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
