We are searching for a Database Administrator- CRM to be responsible for the technical administration, support, data management, and direction of the CRM environment. Additional duties include:



  • Ensure the security and integrity of databases and report writing solutions including any integrations with the core CRM platform.
  • Implement data models, database designs, and queries in platform.
  • Perform scheduled audits for database quality, access validation, and overall health.
  • Monitor IS customer support system for assigned tasks and functions.
  • Perform a variety of database related tasks including data updates, maintenance, and management.
  • Participate in the research, recommendation, development and implementation of all database and report writing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with CRM stakeholders to ensure optimal use of technology and design solutions that support strategic direction.
  • Establish and communicate best practices and standards for using CRM and monitor the usage.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to provide requirements and guidance for solutions to be implemented in the CRM environment.
  • Provide functional or technical supervision over other employees in same or closely related classifications, where scope of supervisory responsibility is limited to direction, guidance, explanation, etc.
  • Hours: Full Time - 40 hours
  • Shift: Day shift; 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA


Education and/or Experience Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years technical experience with CRM data and applications (ie: Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce, Raisers Edge).
  • Experience in report writing, database administration, SQL query building, data analysis and database design.
  • Demonstrate skills with frontend data management, form building, report building, system integration other technologies, backend data maintenance, and data output, delivery, and extracts.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently or part of a larger team and has very strong organizational, task management, and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of Philanthropy, Marketing and Strategic Communication principles, strategies and objectives.
  • Has the ability to work in high volume environment with tight deadlines and is comfortable with decision-making.
  • Must be able to communicate information effectively to others both verbally and in writing. Must be able to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Bookkeeping or Accounting experience is a plus along with database administration.
  • Higher level of mathematical and logic skills related to the technical field.
