With commercial, international, and private banking services, SVB helps address the unique needs of innovators.

SVB Financial Group is looking for a Sr Integration Engineer with a strong focus on delivering high levels of infrastructure services to internal development teams leveraging automation. Someone can make the end-to-end connections to help drive/integrate infrastructure project. The candidates must have a strong background in Data Center management, Microsoft Windows technology, scripting and automation, Storage (Hitachi, Pure, NetApp), Cisco UCS, UCSx and backup software i.e., Commvault and Veeam.

Qualifications

  • Ability to carry on projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manipulating/automating permission changes with PowerShell
  • Ability to generate complex Bash and/or PowerShell scripts
  • Experienced with Hitachi SAN/NAS, E990, G800, HNAS, and CloudScale
  • Experienced with Linux and Windows server operations
  • Define, Support, and implement security policies, standards, compliance, and best practices
  • Solid skills in logical troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem resolution
  • Complete documentation for the support and maintenance of Platform infrastructure tools and services
  • Drive the adoption of automation platforms and the orchestration of tasks across technology stacks
  • Extensive experience with writing Infrastructure as Code using tools like Ansible and Terraform
  • Ability to communicate design, installation, and support of a solution through documentation
  • Strong verbal communication across audiences (such as fellow engineers, end users, and management)

Base Pay:

$114,813.00 - $147,698.00

Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
