Sodexo Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a highly passionate Training Manager 1 at ProMedica located in Toledo, Ohio. ProMedica serves a 27-county area in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. There may be opportunities to collaborate with other Training Managers and help facilitate training for our frontline workers. This Training Manager will create, develop, and implement Sodexo training programs for managers per session. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining documentation of the following: recruiting, new hire onboarding, training records, QA documentation, and Third-Party Satisfaction records. The successful candidate will:
collaborate with the Client Executive in organizing and conducting new hire onboarding and employee orientation;
