Sodexo is seeking our Chef Manager for Adams State University in beautiful Alamosa, Colorado. *Relocation Assistance is available for candidates who live more than 90 miles from campus in the contiguous U.S.* Our successful candidate will be responsible for Menuing, Ordering, Inventory, training culinary and sanitation skills, vendor relationships and high-profile client interaction. The targeted salary range is $60,000-$75,000 plus $3,000 sign on Bonus. Enjoy some campus breaks off and extensive benefits. We have a cohesive frontline team who are ready to improve their skills to grow the account.This role will have responsibility for the Operations Management. Demonstrated history of consistent exceptional customer satisfaction reviews preferred to support our long-term contract with our client partners. Our Executive Chef will plan an active role for our partnership to grow the business through creative dining options rotations on all platforms. Mentor a strong team who are eager to develop professionally. Two years Executive Chef level Management Experience Required. Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
