Job Description:

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required


Work Experiences:



  • 2+ years of website content management experience required

  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Professional demeanor, effective listener, clear presenter, and succinct write
  • Ability to analyze, articulate, and solve complex problems and concepts to make effective business decisions
  • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internally and externally
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized
  • Working knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and proficiency in word processing software
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiar with the use of a content management system


Responsibilities:



  • Create a personalized and relevant web experience for prospective customers on Academy.com
  • Create and manage web activities in ContentStack and Kibo to drive personalization on the front-end website
  • Manage all .com consumer-facing publishing activities including after-hours campaigns, online store data management, and time-sensitive updates
  • Plan, create, and execute Customer Segmentation Processes and apply them to company priorities
  • Set up and implement A/B testing strategies for different types of creative elements
  • Monitor website content refreshes during work hours and after hours
  • Troubleshoot and remediate customer-facing digital experience
  • Create segments and target audiences for content
  • Complete proofing and Q/A for all content and scheduling
  • Track and report on the performance of content and web activities
  • Give analytical feedback and reports to stakeholders for campaigns run
  • Provide leadership to merchant team on best practices for creative asset use
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules

  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
