Job Description:

As the Ship Corrosion Structural Surveyor, you will be responsibilities for managing and tracking all depot-level corrosion work including tank and void coating system management, blast and paint schedules, coatings application data collection, tank inspection schedules and progress, and associated corrosion repairs for assigned ships.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Must be a U.S. citizen with an Active Security Clearance level Secret
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corrosion control with an emphasis on U. S, Navy ships.
  • Able to travel up to 10 % of the time, domestically and internationally
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering

JSL has a variety of work environments depending on the specific job and not all environments will be the same for all jobs. Security Clearance:

Applicants may be required to have an active DoD security clearance at the time of hire or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance once hired.
