Job Description: As the Detachment Engineer, you will be responsibilities for tracking the execution of Baseline Availability Work Packages (BAWPs), coordinating the execution of Mandatory Technical Requirements with Regional Maintenance Center Project Managers and Assessment Directors as well as primary interface with TYCOM Port Engineer in support of Availability Work Package planning for assigned ships. To be successful, you have extensive experience in U. S. Navy ship depot-level maintenance planning functions and U. S. Navy ship operations. Additionally, you will need to have regional maintenance center or repair planning engineering experience. The preceding description lists minimum requirements, additional duties may be assigned.
