Integration Engineer

Job Description

Keyfactor is looking to expand the IoT product team by hiring an IoT Integrations Engineer. This individual is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of Keyfactor's IoT products including EJBCA and Keyfactor Control - IoT Identity management platform. This role requires strong interpersonal and technical architecture skills to develop integrations connecting customer devices and enterprise applications to Keyfactor's identity provisioning platforms.

The position is located in the U.S. and can be remote. Locations including Cleveland OH, Atlanta GA, Seattle WA, or California would be ideal. Applicant must hold U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident status.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Keyfactor sales and delivery to design and develop code-based integrations between the Keyfactor platform, IoT device management platforms, and cloud based IoT platforms.
• Assist customers to determine technical and operational requirements for Keyfactor integrations.
• Assist Keyfactor sales team and customer's development/manufacturing teams by developing small integration solutions for Proof of Concept/Pilot purposes.
• Assist Keyfactor sales team with demos of integration solutions specific to IoT.
• Assist customers, partners, and Keyfactor with integration documentation.
• Assist Product Management by identifying possible roadmap features.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 5-7+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments (services/consulting/employment).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfortable presenting to customers.
• Extremely proficient technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Software development using the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, IIS MSSQL, AD, PowerShell, etc.)
• Willingness to learn new languages, technologies, and APIs as needed to meet customer requirements
• Effective time management, project management and prioritization skills
