ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Community Development Department in Springfield, MA and work as a member of a team on a variety of site projects throughout Massachusetts. This professional will lead site/civil projects from design through permitting, including stormwater design and green infrastructure implementation. The Senior Civil Engineer will provide day to day supervision of project staff including supporting professional growth and technical mentoring, assist in new business pursuits related to site development and municipal engineering, and supporting market growth initiatives within the state of Massachusetts. Additional responsibilities include acting as the lead during proposal development, being responsible for client communications and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring all projects adhere to our high standards of work we produce through a QA/QC process.
