Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Security Lead with Oracle Cloud HCM expertise to fill an immediate need. You will be in a client-facing role servicing global clients and providing industry solutions.



Job Requirements

  • Design and implement creative solutions to address complex security requirements.
  • Develop custom Security profiles and SQL necessary to support the global security requirements.
  • In-depth experience with multi org, multi-country, and federated HR functions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Security configuration using Security profiles and Role Customizations.
  • Expert in dynamic solutions developed with Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Implement Reporting Security to align with Application security.
  • Employee and manager self-service sand box Customizations using HCM Design Studio and Page Composer.
  • Create and maintain security configuration documents and Gap analysis documents.
  • Profound knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management and Other HCM modules.
  • Testing custom developed roles by creating functional testing scenarios.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have minimum of 3-5 full life cycle implementations of HCM.
  • 10+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications.


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
