Associate Director, Campaign Management Lead, Americas

The Campaign Management Lead, Americas supports the Field Marketing center of excellence (COE) by providing strategic alignment between marketing objectives and media executions. The Campaign Manager's primary focus is to ensure marketing programs achieve their objectives and acts as a centralized hub for communication across Field Marketing Leaders to build efficient workflows to activate best-in-class marketing programs.

Key responsibilities include:



  • Own the program planning process including collaboration with Field Marketing owners, CMOs and Media Team to manage timelines to ensure programs are activated with excellence, on time, and on budget.
  • Review program briefs to define demand generation goals and objectives that are achievable and measurable, provide the necessary guidance and information needed to develop and recommend improvements or adjustments as appropriate.
  • Ensure target User Journey is the optimal experience that effectively and efficiently delivers against the objective.
  • Oversee both leadership level reporting and program reporting to ensure consistent alignment with the business objectives and ensure learnings are applied to future campaigns.
  • Verify creative best practices are implemented across programs and align with the audience, channel and KPIs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for our Industry and Service Line CMOs to provide strategic views or program progress.
  • Partner with Analytics, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Technology teams to improve communication and collaboration, creating greater efficiencies and workflows across the COE.
  • Be a key resource in the Center of Excellence to develop or improve templates, processes, and go-to-market blueprints across teams.


Required 12+ years of experience including:



  • Account and project management roles working with cross-functional teams for Technology companies.
  • Managing creation and development of cross-channel paid media strategies, including both Top of Funnel (awareness) and bottom funnel tactics (Account Based Marketing (ABM) and/or sales enablement programs)
  • Media tracking, attribution, and measurement as it relates to business objectives
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and possess a sense of urgency for goal achievement
  • Highly influential with mastery of presentation, written and verbal communication including ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience building executive level communications around performance and data
  • Salesforce experience a plus


Employee Status : Full Time Employee

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$165,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
