Partner Expertise Program Manager

The Partner Expertise Program Manager is an opportunity to join a dynamic, growing team within Cloud Sales. We're seeking an agile and eager team member with program management experience and proven communication skills.


Requirements include:

  • 2 years of program management experience.
  • High proficiency with G-Suite: Calendar, GMail, Docs, Sites, Groups
  • Experience with MS-Office and the import-export sharing between G-Docs and MS-Office.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in development of the Partner Expertise initiative.
  • Provide data analysis, drive marketing communications, internal/external awareness, and overall operational support to the program.
  • Define, build, distribute and update repeatable processes/tools for initiative management.
  • Handle ongoing communications about the overall effort / application process for the various collaborator groups, both internally and externally with key partners.
  • Handle program calendars / meetings, results, and keep updated the master deliverables list.
  • Connect with team leads/responsible parties to help confirm timely updates/forecasts of each task before check-in meetings.
  • Work with the Program Managers to establish standards and coordinate document management tools. Keep all internal and external document management repositories updated for the initiative and logically organized for ease of use by team members.
  • Propose interpersonal standards across the initiative to ensure that only relevant/current documents are posted and old versions are archived.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Expertise Lead to establish a scalable model for document and permission sharing with external partners.
  • Handle issues and questions related to Partner Expertise that are sent to the team alias.
  • Analyze various data sets and provide directive insight based on trending.
  • Successful pipeline management and onboarding.
