Associate Director-Product Management

PURPOSE:

An accomplished 'product' leader with strong product marketing, sales enablement experience, and direct exposure to product management functions, with strong communication and presentation skills.

A key role within the Product Mgmt. team whose primary objectives would include (but not limited to)-

Partnering with portfolio marketing teams to create modern and innovative Product Marketing material to promote our products across the Healthcare Payer space.

Partnering with Product Managers (for each distinctive competency), for ideating go-to-market strategies, representing Product in focused sales campaigns to generate sales pursuit opportunities, and grow product revenue.

Partnering with Customer Success team and Product teams to strengthen client retention, and improve client satisfaction (NPS)

In order to be successful in this role, the individual must understand both the current market requirements and the future direction of the healthcare industry as well as how TriZetto products can meet market demands.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Define, solution, and deliver extraordinary Go-To-market (GTM) experiences by working closely with our sales, pre-sales, marketing and customer experience teams to bring to life best-in-class buyer experiences

2. Create global GTM strategies that drive the biggest impact on the business and value to the customer

3. Manage GTM rollout to ensure consistent execution of the selling / buying process from ideation to launch

4. Managing to assigned revenues and margins while aggressively working with Sales team to achieve revenue goals.

5. Build customer success stories across a variety of mediums (video, blogs, events, case studies, webinars, social media, etc.) and handle promotion

6. Capture the value of our solutions through competitive market positioning leveraging customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas

7. Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the differentiated positioning of our solutions

8. Work with marketing to develop the assets to support GTM strategy

9. Manage competing priorities, build strong relationships, and operate effectively across the organization to achieve results

10. Actively engage in day-to-day operations while maintaining a strategic understanding of complex product portfolio and company direction

11. Drive executive review and sign-off, implement the strategy and track the performance

12. Participate in Sales Presentations, QBRs, and other client strategic sessions

13. Develop and execute on pricing and packaging strategies to drive value

14. Maintaining a solid understanding of the marketplace to ensure that the right products or services are available at the right time.

15. Providing tactical support to other internal initiatives such as sales training, collateral development, and product performance.

16. Supervision of staff - Proven experience of managing and developing direct reports.
