Finance COE Director - Finance Transformation

KPMG is currently
seeking a Director to join our Finance Transformation team for our
practice

Responsibilities:

* Lead multiple client
service delivery teams in the active execution of Finance managed services
engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery
standards

* Utilize
Financial Planning and Analysis acumen to execute financial planning and
reporting activities in support of our clients' finance teams focusing on
monthly forecasting, annual planning, monthly reporting, ad hoc analysis
requests

* Identify
opportunities and insights for the clients to continuously improve FP&A
reporting

* Lead and support business
development activities including identification, proposal development, and
pursuit activities with current and new clients, while working with the
appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines

* Help lead our Finance
managed services teams in solving complex strategic and tactical problems
requiring excellent quantitative analysis skills

* Build long-term business
relationships with key executives through high quality finance managed services
execution and support

* Contribute to the
development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including
contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts

Qualifications:

* 10+ years
of FP&A experience including managing teams with 5+ team members in
industry

* ERP
Financials and / or Cloud EPM Implementation Experience is a plus

* Finance
Transformation experience a plus

* Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent from an accredited
college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university and CPA or
another advanced professional credential is preferred

* In depth financial
planning and analysis experience

* Strong understanding of
business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices

* Progressive experience
leading teams, mentoring staff, evaluating performance, and providing
performance feedback

* Experience creating and
owning budgets, forecasts, reporting and taking actions against gaps to the
budget

* Led the monthly /
quarterly business reviews as the FP&A director of the business unit,
corporate FP&A or equivalent

* Minimal Travel required

* Applicants must be
