KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Enterprise Solutions for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the Sales, Solutioning and Client Delivery of HR digital transformations that utilize cross-functional teams across KPMG's Consulting services, with Oracle HCM Cloud technology at the core
  • A hands-on individual who is accustomed to being part of a team that delivers superior results that enable clients to carry out current and future state business goals, within agreed upon timeframes and often plays a lead role on a number of aspects of client sales pursuits as well as engagement delivery including workplans, staff plans, budgets, risks/issues and client relationships
  • Utilize deep functional, technical and real-work market/industry knowledge in the areas of HR digital strategies, operating models, service delivery models and end-to-end process redesigns to identify and manage complex client issues
  • Ideally, brings deep functional and technology expertise and market insights to clients such that you can lead one or more project domain work-streams (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Payroll, Learning)
  • Build long-term business relationships with clients through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to innovation, market-facing events, whitepapers and training efforts and at times, supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum four years of Sales & Solution development and delivery with Oracle HCM technology, including at least three years of experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud full life-cycle engagements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Experience in effectively playing a workstream lead role on large projects with the ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
  • Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing projects
  • Excellent team building, mentoring and leadership abilities with experience mentoring or managing small to medium size teams including setting priorities and balancing competing deadlines
  • Ability to travel as necessary
