Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional data masking working group to
guide the design and related resolution of issues around different use cases of masking and design aspects; Engage business to identify and define data masking use cases, data domains and systems, ownership and alert to business requirement changes, and data related issues and risks; - Accountable for the setup, configuration, and roll out
of the data masking product to stakeholders; Accountable for the change control process, workflow, procedure owner Implementation and support of 1st line teams; Develop and maintain data masking strategy and roadmap while working with Data Masking product owner; Grow into the role of a product manager for the Data Masking product while executing the strategy - Execute on Informatica Dynamic Data Masking (DDM) / Test
Data Management (TDM) implementations to protect sensitive data through de-identification services across multiple systems, data domains, data sources - Partner
with Business support services group to protect production data in lower environments and promote the delivery model transformation while complying with KPMG internal policies, regulatory policies, client and 3rd party contracts - Oversee the development and maintenance a common Data Masking(DM)
tools infrastructure leveraging Informatica DDM/TDM; Oversee the development of Data Masking operating model to promote the methodology of repeatable processes, to protect sensitive data through data masking and de-identification services - Oversee the development and maintenance of Data Masking
Standards related to the methodology; Oversee the development life cycle of data masking related enhancements, projects, and Microsoft Power Business Intelligence visuals to report on build and run metrics - Oversee project management execution activities and
development of artifacts leveraging an Agile development methodology such as documenting requirements via Jira Epics and User Stories, documented data lineage, QA user story development, logging and assigning QA defects, etc.; Oversee the development of BAU Operational Plans and other Data Masking artifacts for turnover from Build to Run team
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of experience in data related implementations,
managing development teams, and managing operational teams; Five plus years of experience in building and managing a federated data masking program as part of a Chief Data Office, including policy/standard integration, processes, and controls; Minimum three years of overseeing Data Discovery and Persistent/Dynamic Data Masking experience using Informatica DDM/TDM / IBM Optim / Delphix or other industry standard tools and technologies; Familiarity with data stewards, data dictionaries and data lineage tools such as Collibra or Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog preferred - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
- Ability to take direction from senior members of the
team and execute with precision while raising issues or risks that could impact scope, budget, and/or timeline; Experience with Test Data Management (preferably with Informatica TDM) - Experience working with Data Masking
tools and reporting toolsets, including development, testing, deployment, issue tracking, reporting and dashboard design; Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop, Azure, Jira, Microsoft Power BI preferred; Experience working with Data Architecture and Application teams to define data privacy fields and data masking requirements - Strong verbal/written communication skills, with
ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work; as well as strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - US Citizenship is required
