- Provide support for the
development, coordination and execution of an array of Partner Enablement initiatives - with a particular focus on professional development programs and priorities that span beyond Lead Partner Elevation - Help create content, gather
information and provide logistics support needed for successful program creation and execution (on-site and virtual) as well as maintenance - Conduct research and gather
information to help define c-suite competencies, criteria and various other foundational work needed to help establish a comprehensive firmwide focus on building our professionals' c-suite capabilities - Will support the development,
coordination and execution of a "Relationship journey" designed to provide level-appropriate relationship skills development, to client-facing professionals at various career stages - Help create various assets as
well as content needed across multiple Partner Enablement and 'client focus' initiatives - Work and coordinate with
learning and development and with various other groups, in the development and execution of enablement initiatives; support development, maintenance, associated logistics for Lead Partner Elevation initiatives and assets
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of relevant
and increasing responsibility in one or more of the following areas: project/program management, learning and development, planning preferably in a professional service setting or similar matrixed organization - Bachelor's degree from an
accredited college and/or university, or equivalent work experience - Strong research and analytical
skills with experience supporting web/internal portal maintenance and governance - Ability to identify and
proactively resolve issues and escalate when needed; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Teams and automation tools a plus - Demonstrate understanding to
effectively navigate the roles and functions of relevant groups within KPMG; able to work in a fast-paced corporate environment dealing with executive-level decision makers - Excellent communications skills
working with executive partners (in person, email and by phone); comfortable working collaboratively within core team and cross-functionally, effectively managing multiple competing priorities
