KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Program Delivery Services for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of engaging apps and web experiences that exceed users' expectations and achieve desired business outcomes
  • Translate user insights and business requirements into seamless workflows, information architecture, wireframes and stunning user interface designs and data visualizations
  • Present and defend the value of the team's design solution to client stakeholders through storytelling in a way that inspires confidence and drives approval
  • Manage and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of Strategists, Designers, Developers and Delivery Managers, as well as client and internal stakeholders
  • Lead and contribute to our community of Experience Designers and Strategists, providing expertise and ensuring our methods and approach stays at the forefront of our practice

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in graphic design, user experience design, digital product/service design, or other forms of human centered design
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Expert-level proficiency in current execution tools and processes such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and/or Illustrator), Sketch, InVision (or other prototyping tools), Design Thinking, Agile and DevOps
  • Strong Design portfolio and a passion for demonstrating problem solving through User Experience with impeccable attention to detail
  • Proven experience successfully leading and executing design projects
  • Excellent storytelling skills (oral, written and visual communication) with the ability to inspire, educate, persuade and receive feedback in a professional manner
  • Willing and able to travel to client and KPMG locations as needed
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
