Senior Financial Analyst. F&A (Federal)

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. F&A (Federal) to join our Finance and Accounting organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Review and interpret current and historical financial data
  • Provide support in budget preparation
  • Analyze variances from forecasted plan, report results and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with functional leaders, to participate in the preparation of annual plan and quarterly forecasts

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of financial analyst or similar experience; preferably within a professional services firm
  • Exposure to federal government contracting and Deltek Costpoint accounting system
  • Experience with data retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, PeopleSoft Financials or SAP Business Objects
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including advanced Excel skills
  • U.S. Citizenship required
