KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Support client engagements related to Aprimo solutions and their ability to meet a customer or client's needs while participating in developing and identifying key level of solution mastery in a business / functional area within Commercial and Marketing Planning, Marketing Operations, Digital Asset and Content Management, Through Channel Marketing Automation, Social Media, and Marketing Technology
  • Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members in addition to collaborate with team members to develop innovation solutions across key Marketing Operations initiatives
  • Serve as a resource and key team member in client projects and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
  • Develop and write user stories and have experience with agile delivery methodologies in addition to configure the solution, validating the solution with the client, and working with the client to manage scope
  • Serve as an Aprimo product professional for the entire project lifestyle and lead and enable small teams of offshore resources to configure the application
  • Share product and best practice knowledge with the client and Aprimo team members

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of management consulting and/or a combination of corporate role and consulting experience in marketing transformation initiatives around marketing effectiveness, marketing operations, marketing management, and change management across diverse industries
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Experience in working with sales and marketing applications (salesforce, SAP, Aprimo, or other social or CRM applications), or working in a consulting environment on sales and marketing capabilities
  • Knowledge of MarTech and competitive solutions with additional technical experience in one of the following areas such as Plan & Spend, Distributed Marketing, Marketing Performance Management and Business Planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
