Position title: Lecturer Application Window Open date: April 15, 2022 Most recent review date: Friday, Nov 11, 2022 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Friday, Mar 31, 2023 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Department of Art at the University of California, Santa Barbara, invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary lecturers to teach lower and upper-division lecture courses on Art. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The availability of positions varies from quarter to quarter, depending on the department's needs. The University is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through research, teaching, and service as appropriate to the position. The posting will remain open until March 31, 2023, to accommodate department needs. The pool will close on March 31, 2023; if you would like to continue to be considered after that time and the pooled position is advertised again, you will need to submit a new application. Please note: The use of a lecturer pool does not guarantee that an open position exists when you are applying.
