The Opportunity DAT is looking for an organized and efficient Customer Experience Support Manager to join our award-winning Customer Support team in Beaverton, OR. The Customer Experience Manager will play a critical role in working with internal and external customers to champion the customer and agent experience. Our Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for advocating on behalf of the customer while designing, executing and implementing programs that improves customer retention, grows revenue, and drives product and feature adoption. This position will be a strategic problem solver, responsible for helping ensure teams are working seamlessly to provide an exceptional customer experience.
