Applications Engineer, Sr I 36801BR USA - California - Mountain View/Sunnyvale Job Description and Requirements Candidate will be primarily responsible for successful deployment and evaluation of Synopsys emulation products and solutions. He/She will work closely with customers, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to ensure customer success and resolve technical problems. This candidate will be deeply involved in presale evaluations, post-sale support, develop technical collateral, and application notes. Candidate will help analyze and resolve complex design verification and software validation issues for customers cutting edge ASIC/SoC designs. This position offers a great opportunity for growth by learning state-of-the-art flows from Synopsys. Requirements: 5+ years of IC design/verification/emulation/FPGA experience Good expertise on industry emulators / prototyping tools Good knowledge of design and verification methodologies Strong communication skills Proficient in Verilog/SystemVerilog, C/C++, ASIC/FPGA flows Strong desire to solve customer issues in a timely fashion At Synopsys, we're at the heart of the innovations that change the way we work and play.
