Job DescriptionReporting to the Assistant Controller of Corporate Tax, the Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for managing global tax operations, tax accounting, tax compliance, and tax automation. The Senior Tax Manager will be a core member of the CAO team as well as a key leader within the overall CFO function. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive technical knowledge of tax accounting and tax compliance for large financial institutions as well as have practical experience with tax audit and controversy. The individual will also have in-depth technical knowledge and practical experience of tax planning strategies for large financial institutions. This individual thrives in a high performance, fast-paced environment with the ability to effectively lead an agile team. Key Responsibilities Include:

Key Experience/Qualifications: The successful candidate will have at least 8+ years of industry experience in Banking, overseeing corporate tax functions at a major financial institution. Prior career experience leading tax transformation initiatives and strong familiarity with tax systems and applications desired. Prior experience in public accounting preferred.
