The Search Growth and Monetization team is part of Yahoo! Search organization. We build, plan, launch and optimize Native campaigns in Yahoo Gemini, Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain and others. A Lot About You

You will play an important role working cross-functionally to execute a series of initiatives that support the Yahoo Search Growth Programs  You are a tenacious self-starter who has previously worked on high-visibility, strategic projects in large organizations. You are familiar with project management frameworks, methodologies and best practices and hold yourself and your team accountable for planning and executing within them. You're an effective communicator, comfortable sharing information in a variety of media to audiences across all levels of an organization.

We're always pushing the limits of how digital marketing can be used to achieve success for Yahoo Search. Along with our Product and Analysis counterparts, Business Operations Program Managers are individual contributors who act as a key resource for Yahoo's Search Growth partners in planning and optimizing their digital marketing campaigns.

Your Day

  • Communicate directly with Partners, Marketing and advertisers at all levels of their organization to promote behavior that grows spends and also ensures long-term GINSU success. This can include daily interaction via phone and email, as well as quarterly presentations in-person.
  •  Gather reporting and prioritize across partner management teams
  •  Analyze partner data and identify issues or opportunities, recommending corrective action where necessary
  •  Lead ongoing business analysis and partner performance reporting for executive management.
  •  Understand business needs, priorities and overarching Search organization goals
  •  Evangelize Search Growth program efforts across sales organizations including executive leadership, cross functional teams and frontline sales teams
  • Work independently to identify and prioritize opportunities for improved campaign performance and growth across a set of Yahoo's highest value Search terms.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects including development of best practices, new analytical techniques and industry-specific insights.

    You Must Have

  •   A Bachelor's degree
  •   Solid analytical skills with the ability to formulate insights, present a compelling case for action, and deliver expert advice and recommendations
  •   Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with an ability to "think on your feet".
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfort interacting at all levels within an organization
  • Ability to interact with, present to, and generally wow senior leaders
  • Ability to work and build relationships in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
  • Understanding of North American Search marketplace
  • Understanding of digital marketing (including PPC and Native) and best practice campaign management, and a drive to stay up-to-date on cutting edge industry trends.
